Aartrageous Design is basically, me—Marlee O'Neal. It's my freelance side business apart from my full time job as a web/multimedia developer. I have been designing web sites since 1996 and absolutely love what I do.

I'm located in Richmond, VA and have clients all over the US. Most of my recent projects have been small enough for me to develop on my own; from front-end design to back-end programming. For bigger jobs, I can partner with some very talented design and technology folks who can work with me on projects of a larger scale.
